SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped as soon as possible, but will not be shipped the same day as you place your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will notify you via email. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@dallyncostore.com with your questions and someone from the team will be happy to assist you!
You should receive an email shortly after your order is placed. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder to locate the order. This is important because your shipment notification and order tracking information will be sent via email as well.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received it
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and notify you via email. Additionally, we will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection has been completed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Depending on your issuing bank, you will receive your credit within 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
