Shipping & Delivery
At D. Allyn & Company, each order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our standards of quality and presentation.
Orders are processed as promptly as possible; however, they are not shipped on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Should an extended lead time be anticipated, you will be notified via email.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping confirmations, including tracking details, will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dallyncostore.com with your order details. Once your request is submitted, items must be returned within 14 days of your return approval.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
